- Skip this practice if youare pregnant or have epilepsy. Check with your doctor first if you have a heart or lung condition, high blood pressure, glaucoma, a history of fainting, or recent surgery. Not sure? Ask first, and choose something gentler in the meantime.
- Never in water, never drivingNot in a bath, a pool or the sea, and never behind the wheel. Sit or lie down somewhere safe.
- Listen to your bodyIf you feel dizzy or unwell, stop and breathe normally. Nothing here is worth pushing for.
Soulair is for adults, 18 and over. It is breathwork, not therapy or medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Most sessions are slow, gentle breathing. Sessions with fast breathing or long breath holds are marked, and show this safety note the first time you open one. You can stop any session at any time and breathe normally. The same information is in the app under You, Safety & resources.
